Return Policy

Mangrove Online Return Policy:

At Mangrove we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Mangrove will accept your return of unworn merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, if you follow these simple steps:

  • Mangrove returns must be shipped within 30 days of invoice date,
  • Product must have all original tags attached,
  • Product must be in its original condition and may not be altered in anyway, and
  • The original Packing Slip must be included with your return

You should ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The costs of returns are not paid for by Mangrove and will not be reflected in your refund amount.

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving your package. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

We cannot accept returns of final sale merchandise.

Online returns are available only for items that were shipped within the United States.

Mangrove Online Exchanges Policy:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Mangrove item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Policy and place a new order for the item you would like.
