You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided on your ShopMangrove.com order.

Creating an account helps us better serve you. The account allows you to view all of your previous orders on ShopMangrove.com, check the status of your current orders, and save your wish list. Additionally, this account will save your billing and shipping information for a quick and easy check out.

Please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you use to sign into your account and we will send you a temporary password to that email address. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Mangrove Customer Service Team.

ShopMangrove.com accepts all major credit cards (i.e. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). ShopMangrove.com does accept international credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept PayPal payments, check, cash, or money orders.

You will receive two emails from ShopMangrove.com regarding your order. One confirming your order and another when your order ships. The only other reason you will be contacted by ShopMangrove.com regarding your order is if there is a payment problem or if your merchandise is back-ordered.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address provided in your order. The email will provide you with FedEx tracking information so that you can track your package. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to generate on FedEx’s website.

At this time all of our shipments, domestic and international, are shipped via FedEx.

Yes we can ship internationally. Please note that at this time the customer is responsible for the duties and taxes imposed by their country and contact us for shipping rates.

Promotions and discounts will be communicated on the website, and to customers signed up to our email list. Please subscribe on our website to receive these emails.
